Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the construction and interiors industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities directly from construction sites, real estate developers, contractors, architects, and project managers. The goal is to generate leads and close deals for projects such as hospital ICU setups, interior fit-outs for apartments, office spaces, and other turnkey solutions. Key Responsibilities: Visit construction sites, real estate projects, and infrastructure developments regularly to identify potential business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with site engineers, contractors, builders, architects, hospital administrators, and property developers. Generate leads for hospital infrastructure projects (e.g., ICU setups, modular operation theatres) and interior projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.). Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and design teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, competitors, and emerging trends in the construction and interiors sector. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets through consistent on-field business generation. Prepare daily/weekly reports on site visits, leads generated, and follow-up status. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Maintain a database of potential clients and track all business development activities using CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction workflows, tender processes, and project lifecycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage field schedules, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license for site visits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of site visits per month. Number of qualified leads generated. Conversion rate (leads to orders). Revenue generated from new clients. Client satisfaction and repeat business. Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. Travel and communication allowances.
