Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in medical representation , stationery , furniture , educational supplies , or general product industries . Key Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, and partnerships. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking . Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align on strategies and goals. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services. Track and report on business development activities and pipeline progress. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset. Willingness to travel locally for meetings and client interactions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
