Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Promote products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, specialists, and pharmacists. · Conduct product presentations, detailing, and provide scientific information in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. · Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers. · Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory. · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights. · Maintain accurate records of daily visits, call reports, and sales activities. · Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred). · Proven experience (1–3 years) in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. · Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products. · Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. · Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
