Shapecrunch is revolutionizing foot care with AI-powered, doctor-designed customized insoles and orthotic footwear. We help people with flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and other foot conditions walk pain-free. Our products are available online, in clinics, and through our B2B partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Drive B2B and B2C sales across channels (clinics, online, corporate wellness programs).
• Build relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinic owners to drive referrals.
• Identify, qualify, and close sales leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Represent Shapecrunch in exhibitions, health camps, and medical events.
• Onboard and train new clinic partners on how to use our foot assessment tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to give customer feedback and optimize the sales pitch.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Basic understanding of foot health or a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (preferred).
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven selling is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
