Job Description -Business Development Executive About the Company: Salubrious Technologies is a fast-moving technology start-up that is focused on the healthcare sector. Salubrious has found a great product-market fit through its Online Chikitsa Mitra (OCM) Partner Program wherein medicine stores in the remote (rural) areas of India are being transformed into e-clinics that are creating a market for digital health and specifically digital consultation. We are witnessing a strong demand for digital health services in remote regions and buoyed by our recent growth, we are looking to expand fast within the country. Salubrious has been developing its telemedicine offerings since the last 4 years through the brand Online Chikitsa Mitra in the rural regions of Uttar Pradesh. It is now aiming to bring its deep knowledge of digital consultations to the national stage through its SaaS offering to take a major step towards its vision of making quality digital healthcare accessible to all. Job Summary and Tasks: We are looking for candidates with Business Development and marketing background. To boost the growth momentum Salubrious is looking to add talented, diligent and ambitious people to its team. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to start Business Development at Salubrious. Some of the primary tasks for this role are listed below. Location: Can work “Remotely”, if the candidate has their own computer and smartphone. Language: Fluent in English and any one of these Hindi, Gujrati, Marathi or Bengali. The primary tasks for this role are listed below: . 1. Taking ownership of partners until they are fully integrated into our eco-system. 2. Develop guidelines and documents for others to follow and achieve repeatable results. 3. Maintain daily records of the calling along with appropriate voice of customer 4. Achieve monthly Business target for OCM partner program. 5. Motivating MSOs to consult patients by leveraging the support provided by the organization 6. Creating plans/schemes to help further motivate and drive MSOs in a targeted way where required 7. Building trust and confidence of the MSO towards the process of digital consultation Identifying opportunities for getting referrals or other business expansion opportunities with the MSOs 8. Conducting activities for driving engagement and involvement of the MSOs and continually improving them 9. Handling MSO escalation issues and challenges to ensure consistent growth and trust of the MSO in the organisation and the team, and ensuring MSOs follow the process for raising issues 10. Perform other job related duties as assigned, within your scope of work Other functions: Interacting with field team, customer relationship teams to identify downstream problems and to refine these during the pitch/presentation itself. Job Specification (Context): The candidate must have direct experience of conducting business development to be able to identify the bottle- necks, challenges and ways to mitigate them. · Knowledge: Must be a graduate at least · Experience: BD 2+ years (must be willing to do the calling) · Skills: Must be good with MS-Office and Google sheets, Networking, Great in Oral and written communication · Ability: Ability to think on their feet (quick-thinking), Good at identifying people’s thought process, Clarity in communication, Working in a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 2 years (Preferred)
