Job Summary and Tasks:
We are looking for candidates with sales and marketing background. To boost the growth momentum Salubrious is looking to add talented, diligent and ambitious people to its team. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Executive to start sales at Salubrious for our App 120/80. In order to succeed in this role, the individual will have to firstly go through the process of identifying an effective approach for sales in our business case, leveraging their in-depth knowledge of Sales and then create a sales funnel.
Language: Fluent in English and any one of these Hindi, Kannada, Marathi.
The primary tasks for this role are listed below:
1. Interacting with new leads and cold-calling to generate leads (Doctors) for our App 120/80
2. Creating a sales funnel and maintaining sufficient numbers at each step for adequate conversions.
3. Resolve queries related to sales during a pitch/presentation.
4. Taking ownership of partners until they are fully integrated into our eco-system.
5. Develop guidelines and documents for others to follow and achieve repeatable results.
6. Maintain daily records of the calling along with appropriate voice of customer
7. Achieve monthly sales target .
Other functions:
Interacting with field team, customer relationship teams to identify downstream problems and to refine these during the pitch/presentation itself.
Job Specification (Context):
The candidate must have direct experience of conducting tele-sales to be able to identify the bottle- necks, challenges and ways to mitigate them.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
