Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Outbound Calling Executive to generate leads and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. Your role is to connect with potential buyers, introduce our properties, and convert inquiries into qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases. Explain project details clearly and build interest. Identify and qualify leads based on their requirements. Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure attendance. Maintain call logs, lead details, and daily activity reports. Meet weekly and monthly targets. Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable making high-volume calls. Basic computer and CRM handling skills. Prior experience in telecalling or real estate (preferred).
