Job Title: Telecaller – Construction & Real Estate Location:[Rajajinagar 6th Block,Bangalore 560010] Job Type: Full-time / 9:30 to 5:30 Department: Sales / Customer Relations Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Construction Department and Real Estate plot sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into site visits or sales. You will play a key role in connecting with prospective buyers, investors, and property seekers, while delivering excellent customer service Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or cold leads. • Explain project details including location, pricing, floor plans, and amenities. • Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team. • Follow up with interested clients and maintain consistent communication. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, client interactions, and updates in the CRM. • Handle inbound calls, answer queries regarding property listings, and assist in basic documentation when required. • Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments for promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: • Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred. • Proven experience in telecalling or customer service; real estate or construction experience is a plus. • Strong communication skills in English and local languages. • Ability to persuade and handle objections professionally. • Familiarity with real estate terms and documentation (preferred). • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, or similar systems. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
