Job Description – Architect Position: Architect Location: [Rajajinagar,6 th Block,Bangalore ] Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs, creating 2D and 3D models, preparing architectural walkthroughs, and ensuring effective coordination with structural and MEP teams. The role requires a creative professional with strong technical expertise to transform concepts into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Key Responsibilities • Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings in 2D and 3D. • Create realistic 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and elevation designs for client presentations. • Collaborate with MEP and structural engineers to integrate designs seamlessly. • Prepare working drawings, detailed layouts, and construction documents. • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions. • Assist in material selection, specifications, and design detailing. • Oversee design implementation during project execution to maintain design intent. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP integration, and construction techniques. • Creative design sense with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. • Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus. Experience • 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization (experience can be adjusted based on your requirement). • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D drawings, 3D modeling, walkthroughs, and elevations.
