Richfield Immigration is a leading immigration consultancy based in Chandigarh and the only Canadian RCIC permanently in India. We specialize in immigration and investment services for Canada, Europe and Middle East.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building and managing partnerships. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for someone who can drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Pitch our services.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements.
• Ensure regular engagement with partners.
• Coordinate with internal team members.
• Stay up to date with immigration trends, international policies, and market demands.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Good English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PG Diploma in International Business or Marketing.
• Familiarity with immigration domains of Canada, Europe, or the Middle East.
• Experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or international recruitment is a strong plus.
• Experience working with international education agents, colleges, or foreign employers will be preferred.

Compensation range: ₹1.56L to 3L + performance incentives
