We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our academic programs, and achieving sales targets through outbound calls and travel to events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our academic programs
- Generate leads, convert prospects into students, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Travel to educational events, fairs, and conferences to showcase our programs and build relationships with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on new programs and promotions
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and achieve targets
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the academic industry
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to events and conferences
- Proficiency in handling CRM software and MS Office
