Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries across the US
Set up qualified meetings with decision-makers and hiring managers
Present company capabilities and secure staffing agreements
Follow up on open job orders and candidate submissions with clients
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and interview coordination
Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular status updates to leadership
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in US staffing sales or business development (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Accountable, self-disciplined, and results-driven mindset
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable steps
Familiarity with VMS/ATS environments and US staffing processes is a plus
