Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing digital agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Web Development, etc.).
• Pitch agency services to potential clients through calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and market competition.
• Represent the agency professionally in client meetings and discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in a digital agency or IT services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling digital marketing or creative services.
• Existing client network is an added advantage.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus (not mandatory).

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
