Job description Understand design briefs and determine requirements Work creatively within guidelines and existing assets Design marketing/product materials such as documents, brochures, infographics, social media posts, sales presentations, flyers, emails, digital and social media promotions. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Develop illustrations, logos, and other print collaterals. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Ability to work effectively and meet timelines. To develop various creative graphics and product packaging designs etc., Skillsets 2+ years in offline creative design, preferably with a creative agency Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, In-design & Photoshop Experience working with online and offline marketing collaterals. Adaptive design eye and skill Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
