We are on a mission to make healthcare accessible, fast, and reliable. Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong conversion skills to join our launch team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and expanding our pharmacy partner network in Chennai, driving onboarding, and ensuring active engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard local pharmacies to partner with BetrMed. Demonstrate excellent communication and persuasive skills to convert prospects into active partners. Conduct field visits and presentations to pharmacy owners and managers. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for pharmacy tie-ups and activations. Provide training and support to pharmacy partners on using the BetrMed platform. Maintain strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partner pharmacies. Collect and verify necessary documentation and compliance requirements. Report daily activities, progress, and market feedback to the Business Development Manager. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or pharmacy sales. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conversion skills. Strong local market knowledge of Chennai and willingness to travel extensively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
