We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Picker Packers to join our warehouse/dark store team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order sheets or digital instructions. Pack items securely and label packages correctly. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/dark store. Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors. Assist in loading and unloading goods as needed. Follow safety and operational guidelines strictly. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment roles preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Physically fit to lift and carry packages up to 20-25 kgs. Good communication skills in Tamil and/or English. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
