Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for a combination of sales, marketing, and relationship management to meet the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: - Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Research and understand client needs, industries, and market trends to propose appropriate solutions. - Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients. - Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence. - Sales: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. - Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. - Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide continuous support to ensure their needs are met. - Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. - Market Research and Analysis: - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt business strategies accordingly. - Monitor industry developments and identify new trends that could be leveraged for business growth. - Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems. - Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback. - Create proposals, presentations, and other sales documents as required. - Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction. - Coordinate with the project or delivery team to ensure timely execution of the solutions sold. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (experience in a similar industry may be preferred). - Skills: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. - Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
