Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork , cold calling, Apollo AI and email outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed business proposals and quotations.
  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle — from lead acquisition to deal closure.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development or IT sales.
  • Good understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo AI or similar B2B marketplaces preferred.
