Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with a background in marketing and strong networking skills in the architecture, construction, and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors, and promoting our products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Promote company products/services through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in construction, interiors, or architectural field).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
