Job Description

Hiring For Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly targets. Ensure timely achievement of sales goals through effective planning and execution. Identify and acquire new clients for Housekeeping Services and Technical Service AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) across South India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Focus on upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential and strengthen client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to onboarding. Understand client requirements and provide tailored service solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities. Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies. Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of services. Provide client feedback to improve service quality.
