Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive/ Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing international clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calls with international clients to identify sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth and revenue. - Promote offers to generate leads and drive sales. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging market trends. - Provide feedback to management on market insights, customer preferences, competitive activities, and sales opportunities. - Prepare daily reports on lead generation activities and outcomes. - Interact with clients and respond to inquiries about the companys services. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Skills/Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate. - Minimum of 2 years of international sales experience or customer service. - Proven track record of success in international sales; experience in international recruitment is a plus. - American Accent is a must. - Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. - Positive attitude towards learning and growth. - Ownership and accountability mindset.
