Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our financial services team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products like Mutual Funds, Insurance (Life/Health/Motor), and Loans to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Promote and sell various financial products like: Mutual Funds Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance Personal Loans, Home Loans Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance background preferred). 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
