Job Description

Bheema Infotech is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Intern to manage our Upwork and Freelancer accounts, drive sales through strategic outreach, and help grow our IT services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and optimize accounts on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify and bid on relevant projects to acquire new clients.
• Conduct cold calls and cold email campaigns to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Drive sales for IT services such as mobile app development, website development, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 0–6 Month of experience in business development or freelancing platform management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
• Experience with cold calling and cold emailing to acquire clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT services like app and web development, SEO, and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a proactive approach.
