About the Role : We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern with a strong learning mindset, excellent communication abilities, and solid research skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive in exploring multiple digital platforms to identify and generate high-quality business leads. This internship is perfect for individuals looking to develop a long-term career in Sales, Business Development, IT Services, and SaaS solutions . Key Responsibilities : Conduct lead generation across various platforms including LinkedIn, social media channels, job boards, and business communities. Research, identify, and build a qualified database of target industries, decision-makers, and potential clients ( minimum 40+ verified leads per week ). Assist the Business Development team in initial outreach through calls, emails, and professional messaging. Support in preparing proposals, nurturing leads, and managing follow-ups throughout the sales cycle. Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets regularly with accurate data. Collaborate with internal teams to understand company services and effectively present/pitch them to prospects. Participate in structured training sessions to build skills in sales strategy, communication, and platform management. Requirements : Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and extract verified leads. Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, email tools, and basic Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and consistently meet weekly lead-generation targets.
