Business Development Executive (BDE) - Inside Channel Sales

As a Telecaller Channel Business at our company located in Gurgaon, Sector 55, you will play a crucial role in our Channel Sales Team focused on expanding our partner network. We are a growing organization specializing in electronics peripheral products like CCTV systems, computers, and related hardware. If you are a dynamic and motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or channel sales, we invite you to join us and contribute to our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential partners and clients, promoting and selling channel business services related to CCTV and computer products, and establishing strong business relationships with channel partners. You will be expected to follow up on leads, convert them into business opportunities, and maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service and support will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong English communication skills both verbally and in writing, excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to delivering professional customer service and building lasting relationships. Basic computer knowledge, particularly proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word, is essential. The role requires you to work independently, handle pressure effectively, and demonstrate a proactive approach to your tasks. Ideally, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass with a preference for graduates. Familiarity with electronics products, specifically CCTV and computers, will be advantageous. In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 per month along with performance incentives.
