Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling market visits to generate leads. You will deploy products and communicate their benefits and best practices at client locations. Your key focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, which will ultimately lead to higher sales conversions and retention. It will be essential for you to gather consistent feedback from the market regarding existing offerings and competitor moves to provide insights for product enhancements. This role requires individuals who are either fresher or experienced in business development. The qualifications for this position include a minimum of 12th grade education. The job is full-time with a day shift schedule. The salary range for this role is between 15,000 to 18,000 per month. In addition to the base salary, you will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in business development and a total work experience of one year. Knowledge of Hindi is preferred for effective communication.
