Business Development Executive (BDE)

Sales Executive Location: Jaipur CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting students with life-changing higher education opportunities. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales journey. Your performance will directly impact our mission of making global education accessible and affordable. Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (e.g., online marketing, networking, referrals) Qualify leads and understand their educational goals and financial needs Present services effectively to prospective students and their families Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Education Sales or IT Sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Proficiency in using CRM software (training will be provided if needed) Ability to work independently and within a team Results-oriented and target-driven Bonus Points: Experience with EdTech companies Existing network in the education sector Other Details: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Incentives on every sale, with quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities Laptop required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
