Customer Support Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and prior experience handling escalated queries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Hindi.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments for quick issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months- 1 year of documented experience in customer support or client servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.

Relocation Support (for Outstation Candidates):

• Reimbursement of travel expenses to Indore.
• 14 days of company-provided accommodation with complimentary breakfast.
• ₹10,000 relocation bonus (applicable for candidates relocating from over 175 KM away).
