Job Description

Identifying and Qualifying Leads: Researching potential clients, markets, and industries, and generating leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Developing Business Strategies: Creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. · Monitoring Market Trends: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Presenting to Clients: Delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services. Tracking Performance: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and reporting on progress to senior management. · Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve business objectives. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in business development. Skills: · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and relationship building. · Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, prospecting, closing deals, and managing the sales cycle. · Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. · Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies. · Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. · Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. · Project Management: Ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. · Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively. · Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. · CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for managing client interactions and sales data. · Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends.
