Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. Negotiation: Handle pricing negotiations and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and update client information in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
