Business Development Executive (BDE)- Field Sales

About the Role

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executives with experience in the paint and coatings industry. The role focuses on B2B field sales, client acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management with, contractors, builders, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to project sites and meet decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure using CRM tools.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights; provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Ensure timely reporting, coordination, and follow-ups with internal departments for client needs and deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in the paint & coatings.
• 1 Year of mandatory exposure in the relevant field
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
• Must possess a 2 wheeler and a valid driving license and he/she must be willing to travel Pan India.
