Business Development Executive (BDE) Female

Position: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Bhopal

We are urgently looking for a female candidate with a pleasant personality, who is open to traveling once a month for approximately one week.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet and interact with senior clients

Proficiency in drafting mails and letters

Educational background from a convent medium school preferred

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Generate leads, prepare proposals, and pitch company services/products to potential clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets as defined by management.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and delivery) to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare periodic reports.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building ability.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
