Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, physicians, wellness centers, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas of growth. Promote the lab’s diagnostic services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and other sales activities. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts in line with company policies. Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business forecasts to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. An established network withing the healthcare industry or medical diagnostics is a plus. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical laboratory industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel as required. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
