Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments and promoting our training programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential students through calls, emails, and social media.
• Explain course details, features, and benefits to prospective learners.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new lead-generation strategies.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
• Ensure a positive and professional student experience throughout the admission cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Prior experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is desirable.
