About the Role: We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive who is proactive, presentable, and passionate about driving growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating outreach opportunities with institutes, colleges, and corporates, promoting Eduleem’s programs in an attractive and professional way, and building long-term business relationships. Responsibilities: Represent Eduleem professionally in meetings, events, and outreach programs. Build strong relationships with institutes, colleges, and corporates for partnerships and placements. Promote Eduleem courses in a structured, attractive, and impactful manner. Collect student and institutional data during outreach activities and maintain proper follow-ups. Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, from lead generation to closing tie-ups. Support student enrollment by sharing course details with potential partners and prospects. Work closely with the placement and sales teams to achieve outreach and admission targets. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in Education, Sales, Outreach, and Marketing. Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of English and Hindi (Regional languages are a must). Must own a two-wheeler for outreach activities (fuel reimbursement provided). Ability to represent the company confidently in front of academic and corporate partners. Target-driven mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
