The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building partnerships, and developing strategies to expand our courses and programs. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments for various courses/programs. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve enrollment targets. Identify and build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other education partners. Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and enrollment process. Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote educational programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive student acquisition. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Stay updated on education industry trends, competitors, and student requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, admissions, or sales in the education sector. Strong knowledge of student enrollment processes and educational products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development/admissions/student counseling. Preferred Skills: Experience in EdTech, universities, or training institutes. Familiarity with online/offline course marketing strategies. Strong network in the education industry
