Job Title: Business Development Executive – DialDesk (Onsite)
Location: Vaishali Ghaziabad
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Business Development Executive
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in generating new business for DialDesk by connecting with qualified leads, understanding their CX challenges, and scheduling demos. The role demands high energy, effective communication, and structured follow-up discipline to convert leads into opportunities and closures.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
· Qualify leads based on business type, scale, and suitability for DialDesk’s shared CX model.
· Schedule product demos and coordinate with the BD Manager for closure.
· Maintain daily activity logs, call notes, and lead stages in CRM (Kylas).
· Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal sharing, and response tracking.
· Collaborate with Marketing for campaign feedback and lead nurturing strategies.
· Achieve monthly demo, conversion, and closure targets through disciplined pipeline management.
Required Skills & Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or telecalling for B2B or SaaS products.
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
· Proficiency in CRM systems (Kylas or equivalent) and lead research tools (Navigator, Lusha).
· Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, email etiquette, and demo scheduling processes.
Ability to work under structured daily targets and coordinate effectively with the sales manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
