Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are a growing advertising & marketing agency helping brands with social media marketing, paid ads, design, branding, content, and digital campaigns. We are now looking for a Client Relationship & Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads, convert them into clients, and act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming & outgoing calls with potential leads and existing clients.
• Qualify and convert leads into clients through clear communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain client relationships by handling queries politely and professionally.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during campaigns.
• Coordinate with design, ads, and content teams to ensure client requirements are delivered on time.
• Maintain lead tracking sheets/CRM and prepare weekly conversion reports.
• Assist in preparing proposals & quotations with the management team.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and continuous satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Good at client handling & persuasion (polite + confident).
• Basic knowledge of advertising, social media, and marketing services.
• Ability to manage multiple clients & tasks effectively.
• Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Familiar with MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream; Marketing/Business/Mass Comm preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, client servicing, or sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
