Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Kozhikode, Hilite Business Park Job Type: Full-Time Experience: [Insert Experience Requirement, e.g., 0– 6 Month Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping us grow our brand and revenue. This role offers performance-based incentives in addition to a fixed salary. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Prepare and present customized proposals to clients. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies. Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
