Designation : Business Development Executive

Experience : 1-3 yrs

Job Location : Chetpet, Chennai

Job Responsibilities

• Cold calling
• Understand customer requirement and pain areas if any, market Centena and Marine division in particular, Generate inquiries for service, spares, equipment requirements.
• Understand the requirement in consultation with technical team and prepare offer timely.
• Follow up with Customers regarding quotes submitted and ensure conversion ratio for enquiries as per norms.
• Identify vessels calling various ports, contact specific customer to see possibility of service onboard.
• Revive dormant customers
• Update CRM and line manager with details of the calls.

Desired Skill Set (eg. Communication, excel skill, Technical Skills)

Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written ), Customer focused, Modest, Patient & Relaxed, Relationship focused, persuasive and Persistent, Adaptable, Strong attention to details, Good commercial acumen, Numerical skills desired and good at scheduling and planning.

Note: It's a full-time working from office mode, 5 days in a week, 9:30 AM to 06:30 PM
