Job Description

Designation : Business Development Executive

Experience : 6 Month 2 Years

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP, Payroll, HR Master, and Time Attendance solutions to prospective clients.
  • Engage with manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and distribution sectors to identify pain points and propose relevant software solutions. (Africa Countries)
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new leads and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Participate in business development activities, including attending industry events and trade shows.
  • International travel to target markets across Africa and beyond to meet clients, with travel expenses covered by the company.
  • Provide product knowledge and offer strategic business solutions to clients.

Compensation:

  • 5 working days per week.
  • International travel expenses covered by the company
  • Performance-based bonus for international trips

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
