Job Description

Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BD) is responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students/clients, maintaining data accuracy, and converting inquiries into admissions/sales. The role combines telecalling, follow-up, and counseling to achieve defined business targets. Key Responsibilities📞 Calling & Lead Follow-up: Make outbound calls to prospective leads, explain services, and schedule counseling sessions or center visits. 🧾 Data Generation & Management: Collect and maintain updated lead information from various sources (calls, walk-ins, online forms). Ensure accuracy in CRM or Excel databases. 💬 Counseling & Conversion: Understand customer/student needs and provide course/product details effectively. Guide them through the enrollment or purchase process. 🎯 Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets through systematic follow-up and persuasive communication. 🤝 Coordination: Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for smooth lead handling and post-sale processes. 📈 Reporting: Maintain daily calling reports, follow-up trackers, and conversion status updates. Preferred Skills Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional language. Convincing and result-oriented personality. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools. Ability to handle targets and deadlines positively. Education & Experience Minimum: Graduate or pursuing graduation. 0–2 years of experience in counseling / tele sales / education / service industry preferred.
