Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team at Arzon Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with company services.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential expansion areas.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports to management.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Good negotiation and presentation skills.

• Basic understanding of business development, sales cycles, and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad-Deccan, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
