Job Title: BDE / Online Bidder (Upwork & LinkedIn) Company: Arcs Infotech Experience: 2 - 3 years Location: Mohali Job Summary: Arcs Infotech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BDE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn sales navigator and Upwork, with a deep understanding of strategies used for different profile types on Upwork. As a BDE, you will be responsible for writing proposals, lead generation, initial client communication, and remain involved in sales process till project is matured. Key Responsibilities: Online Lead Generation via Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer etc. Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills (Written and Oral) Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up and Requirement Gathering. Smart bidding: carefully bid on projects by checking out client backgrounds and making sure our skills match. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE or related field. 2+ years of experience working as an online bidder Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Prior experience in team building and training is a plus.
