Backend Dev (Python + AWS)

As a Backend Developer at Arcs Infotech, with over 6 years of experience, you will be a key member of our dynamic team based in Mohali. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of developers, utilizing your expertise in Python, MEAN or MERN stacks, and AWS to drive the development of high-quality software solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing, reviewing, and optimizing code for efficiency and maintainability. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing scalable solutions using Python, node, and AWS (terraform). Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines will be crucial in ensuring successful project deliveries. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a vital role in mentoring and leading a team of developers, providing them with technical guidance and upskilling opportunities. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in fostering effective collaboration within the team. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE or a related field, along with proven expertise in Python, MEAN/MERN stacks, and AWS serverless deployment strategies. Your hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, and Redshift, will be highly beneficial, especially in terms of query optimization.
