Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The role focuses on in-house sales coordination, Client handling, and client relationship management. If you are passionate about sales and eager to build a long-term career, we’d love to meet you.

Location - Bhopal ( Bagmugaliya )

Experience - 1 to 2 years ( BDE Experience Preferred)

Education - Any Graduate

Salary - 15k to 20k ( based on interview )

Immediate Joiners Preferred !

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through in-house sales activities.

• Connect with clients, deliver presentations, and explain products/services.

• Follow up with leads and close profitable deals.

• Maintain accurate client records and sales data in the system.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B or B2C).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Language:- Hindi and English
