Position Overview

Business Development team

lead generation, managing the sales process, and driving revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Utilize lead generation tools (customer databases) such as Sales Navigator, and Apollo to manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing.

Sales Process Management:
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored software solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations highlighting our value proposition.
Prepare compelling proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
