Business Development - Software Services & Products Position Overview We are expanding our Business Development team for various software services and products and are looking for motivated, results-oriented candidates with solid experience in selling software solutions to global customers . The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead generation, managing the sales process, and driving revenue growth for software services and product offerings. Additionally, they should possess a strong understanding of software solutions (services & products), exceptional communication skills for engaging with global customers and C-level executives, and a proven track record in software sales . Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Utilize lead generation tools (customer databases) such as Sales Navigator, and Apollo to manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing. Sales Process Management: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored software solutions. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations highlighting our value proposition. Prepare compelling proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements. Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures. Skills: Solid understanding of software services, SaaS products, and the technology sector. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in lead generation tools (customer databases) such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. Experience engaging with senior executives, including C-suite contacts.
