Be an expert on Systems, Processes, Policies and Business Module (SPPB) People Management: - Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right quality people - Achieve clarity on role & responsibilities of all field managers and employees by regular interaction with HO and field employees Implement the performance and potential management system including career planning & development of key employees Continuously audit the market work done by all field employees; assess and give guidance to improve market working Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc. Make Annual and Quarterly plan for market development activities in alignment with zonal marketing communication executive & HO

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Utilize lead generation tools (customer databases) such as Sales Navigator, and Apollo to manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing. Sales Process Management: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored software solutions. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations highlighting our value proposition. Prepare compelling proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements. Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures. Skills: Solid understanding of software services, SaaS products, and the technology sector. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in lead generation tools (customer databases) such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. Experience engaging with senior executives, including C-suite contacts.
