Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with strong sales and communication skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will handle the complete sales cycle from market research to deal closure, with expertise in lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Execute 50-80+ cold calls daily to reach potential clients
• Manage the full business development process from prospecting to closure
• Clearly explain software benefits and features to clients
• Convince and persuade clients through effective communication
• Present customized proposals and conduct product demonstrations
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Track leads and sales activities using CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong expertise in market research and competitive analysis
• Proven lead generation skills across multiple channels
• Excellent cold calling abilities with high conversion rates
• Complete understanding of the business development process
• Exceptional ability to convince clients and handle objections
• Clear communication skills to explain software benefits effectively
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,251.29 - ₹22,000.00 per month
